About Us
The primary objective of the Gynecologic Disease Program, which was established in
2004, is to develop state-of-the-art capability in clinical and basic science research aimed at
improving screening, early detection, prevention, and treatment of gynecologic disease for the
military health beneficiaries. Its headquarters are at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC).
Although the program was officially established only recently, each of the participating researchers has conducted extensive research in gynecologic diseases. Please refer to staff biographies and our publications for more information.
